50% Drop in sperm in the the last 50 years

In this weekend’s fertility seminar, John covered many risk factors for sub-fertility.  The audience was amazed to hear that the sperm count has dropped by 50% in the last 50 years.  The culprit is believed to be environmental pollutants and endocrine disruptors.

Some common factors to avoid:

Plastics: cooking in or drinking from plastics

Chlorine, fluorine and bromine

Scented air fresheners

Cell phones near the body

Meat that is not pasture-raised and grass fed

Food grown with pesticides

Stress

These are a few of the factors that contribute to rampant infertility.
